Double check fitment. Most returns can be prevented by simply confirming fitment before ordering.


Exchanges are no longer accepted. Please contact customer support and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the item received and place a new order for the item needed.


Items that CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or Used Items - Items that have been opened, mounted or used after purchase cannot be returned.
  • Helmets - ALL helmet sales are final.
  • Painted Parts - Painted and Primed parts cannot be canceled or returned once ordered.
  • Speedometers, Instrument Clusters, Locks, Keys, or Any Other Item That is Made Just for Your Bike.
  • Aftermarket Parts - Non-Genuine Harley parts cannot be returned.

Returns

  • Orders over 30 days old cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • All returns must be approved by us within 15 days after you receive your order by contacting customer support and requesting an RMA number.
  • Returns will be refunded minus a 15% re-stocking fee and any shipping charges incurred. A re-packaging fee may also be applied if applicable.
  • Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed after we receive it.

Please Note:
  • Please use a label when returning items and DO NOT write on the original packaging. All OEM boxes that are returned with any writing on them or damage to the original labels that contain any product information or SKU numbers will be refunded minus a 25% re-packaging fee AND a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • If the item you ordered is returned and contains other items in sealed packages, and the sealed packages are opened, you will be refunded minus a 25% re-packaging fee AND a 15% re-stocking fee.

Did your order arrive incorrectly?

  • If you were shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, please contact customer support by either phone or email. We will email you a return label that you can affix to the original packaging and have the package picked up at your house or business via The US Postal Service. We will then promptly ship you the correct item at our expense.
  • If any items were missing from your order upon delivery (not including items marked as 'did not ship'), please contact customer support and we will ship them as promptly as possible.
